Service Guarantees & Warranties

A Plus Plumbing does the job right and stands behind its work. This page covers what to expect on workmanship and parts, and what happens if there is ever an issue after the visit.

Paperwork

What you will see on your invoice.

After service, your invoice lists the work performed and any warranty notes that apply to that specific job. If you have questions about coverage, call and they will walk you through it.

Because coverage varies by repair type, the parts used and the manufacturer's terms, the invoice is where the details are written down. Ask to review them before work begins and you will have them in hand before the first wrench turns.

How warranties work

The simple version.

Warranties vary by repair type, parts used and manufacturer terms. Questions about a specific job are best answered by phone with your invoice in front of you.

Is there a workmanship warranty?
Yes. A Plus Plumbing stands behind the quality of its workmanship. The specific coverage varies by service, so warranty details are confirmed on your invoice and can be reviewed with you before work begins.
Are parts covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Often, yes. Many fixtures, valves and water heaters include manufacturer warranties. Coverage, registration requirements and timelines depend on the brand and product, and they will help you understand what applies.
What is typically not covered?
Warranties generally do not cover damage caused by misuse, freezing, tampering, improper repairs by others, code violations from prior work, or problems outside the repaired area. They will explain what is covered and what is not.
How do I request warranty service?
Call or use the contact form and share your name, service address and approximate date of service. If you have an invoice number, include it. They will schedule a visit to inspect and guide you through next steps.
What if I am not sure whether something is warranty-related?
Still reach out. They will ask a couple of quick questions, then recommend the best path, whether that is warranty service, maintenance or a separate repair.

Licensing & insurance

Licensed & insured, in their words.

A Plus Plumbing describes itself as licensed and insured for plumbing work in Arkansas, residential and commercial. It is not paperwork for its own sake. It is accountability on a job where water, gas and your home are involved.

When a permit is required for a specific job, they discuss the requirements with you up front and guide you through the process. Scope and any code requirements are confirmed when they evaluate the work.

Need verification for your records?

Homeowners, property managers and contractors can ask for documentation when scheduling service.

  • Proof of insurance (available on request)
  • License information (available on request)
  • Invoice documentation for completed work
