Toilet Repair & Installation in Northwest Arkansas
Running, rocking, leaking at the base or clogging again. We fix it the right way, or set a new toilet cleanly with leak checks before we go.
Chapter 01
Why a toilet runs, rocks or keeps clogging
Most toilet trouble comes down to a few small parts. A toilet that runs on is usually a flapper, a fill valve or a tank setting. A weak flush points to a tank that refills short, clogged rim jets or wear inside. A slow or noisy refill is typically a worn fill valve or a restriction in the supply.
Leaks have their own list: tank bolts, the supply line, the shutoff valve, or the wax ring at the base. A toilet that wobbles has loose bolts, a flange problem or a seat that was never set right, and it needs a safe reset before the leak starts.
If plunging only helps for a day, the clog is probably past the bowl. We check for a deeper drain issue instead of resetting the symptom again and again.

Repair it, or set a new one
Repair comes first when the problem is a tank part, a minor leak at a supply or tank connection, or a performance issue that parts and settings can fix. A running toilet should not mean a new toilet.
Replacement is the better call for cracked porcelain, chronic trouble, constant clogs on an older low-performance unit, or when you want a comfort-height model. We set comfort-height and elongated bowls, pick up better flushing performance where it helps, and can leave a bidet attachment ready when it applies.
A new toilet is only as good as what it sits on, so we check the wax ring and the flange before we set it. Chapter 03
What the visit looks like
We confirm the root cause, not just the symptom, and give you clear options before any work starts.
We inspect the toilet, the tank parts, the seals and the supply, then repair or install, and check for leaks and flush performance before we leave. Clean-up and a short walk-through of basic care finish the visit.
If water is rising, turn the shutoff valve behind the toilet clockwise to stop the refill, then call or text (479) 305-9107. It helps to tell us whether it is running, leaking, clogged or wobbling, where the leak shows (base, tank, supply or valve), whether there has been any overflow or backup, and how long it has been going on.
What moves the cost of a toilet job
The factors are the type of repair (tank parts, a leak source or a reset), the condition of the shutoff valve and supply line, the state of the wax ring and flange on a leak or a wobble, and the toilet model plus how much room there is to work.
A firm number usually needs eyes on the toilet. Once we have diagnosed it you get your options up front, whether you are in Springdale, Rogers, Fayetteville or Bella Vista.
From a Google review of A Plus Plumbing: "he is always friendly and explains everything he has done and will answer any questions that you might have." Call or text (479) 305-9107.
