Faucet & Fixture Repair and Replacement in Northwest Arkansas

A drip, a handle that fights you, pressure that has gone thin, a puddle under the sink. We find the cause, repair what is worth saving and replace the rest cleanly.

Chapter 01

Why a faucet drips, sticks or runs weak

The drip you see at the spout, the handle or the base is rarely the whole story. It is usually a worn cartridge, a tired O-ring or a seal that has hardened, and that same wear is what makes a handle loose, gritty or stiff. Mineral buildup can finish the job by clogging the aerator, so the flow drops long before the faucet itself gives out.

Water under the sink is a different family of problems: a weeping supply line, a shutoff valve that has corroded, or a drain connection that has worked loose. We look at the fixture, the valves and the connections together, because a new faucet bolted onto a bad shutoff only moves the leak somewhere else.

Pull-down and sprayer trouble gets traced the same way, one part at a time. A hose that will not retract, a head that sprays sideways and a diverter that sticks each have a different fix.

Repair what is worth saving, replace what is not

We start with repair. Seal and cartridge drips, worn internal parts and sprayer or diverter faults can usually be fixed, and fixing them means you keep a faucet you chose and already like. When repair is the sensible answer, that is the answer you will hear.

Replacement earns its place when the fixture is corroded, keeps failing after repairs, or runs on a cartridge nobody makes anymore. It also makes sense when you simply want something better: a kitchen pull-down, a new bathroom faucet, fresh shutoff valves and supply lines while everything is open.

Already bought the fixture? We install customer-supplied faucets and sinks and confirm the fit and the seal. The photo above is a new pedestal sink with a matte black widespread faucet, set and tested.

Chapter 03

What the visit looks like

We inspect the fixture, the valves and the connections, confirm where the leak or the pressure problem starts, and lay out your options before any work begins.

Then we repair or replace, and test for leaks and for flow at the handle and at the sprayer before we pack up. Clean-up and a quick walk-through of how the fixture works finish the visit, and the countertop and sink are left tidy.

If water is running right now, close the valve under the sink and call or text (479) 305-9107. When you reach us, it helps to know the fixture type (kitchen, bath, tub or shower), where it leaks (spout, handle, base or under the sink), any pressure or temperature trouble, and the brand and model if it is printed anywhere.

What moves the cost of a faucet job

Four things set the price: the kind of repair (cartridge, seals, valve or supply), the fixture type and whether parts are available, how much room there is under the sink and what shape the shutoffs are in, and how involved the mounting, sealing and connections are on a replacement.

We can often give a range over the phone, but a firm number usually needs eyes on the sink. Once we have diagnosed it, you get clear options in front of you before work starts, whether the call comes from Springdale, Fayetteville, Rogers or Bentonville.

Faucet and fixture questions

Often, yes. Many drips come from a worn cartridge, a hardened seal or a tired O-ring. We diagnose the cause and recommend repair or replacement based on the condition of the faucet and whether the parts are still available.

Yes. We install customer-supplied fixtures and confirm the fit, the sealing and leak-free operation before we leave.

The usual suspects are a supply line, a shutoff valve or a drain connection. We locate the actual source and fix it safely, rather than guessing at the faucet above it.

Faucet and fixture work covers Springdale, Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville, Bella Vista and Tontitown, plus the smaller towns on the areas we serve page.
